At Unreal Beauty, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our Beauty Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand how we operate. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
For Covid & safety reasons, unfortunately we cannot accommodate extra people or children in the salon. Please come to your appointment alone. Only those receiving services are able to enter the treatment room at any time. If more people turn up to your appointment, we won’t be able to fulfil your booking and the 50% booking fee will be retained.

Just Let Us Know

I require at least 48 hours notice for any clients that need to cancel. If you cannot provide this notice it will result in the loss of your booking fee. If you don't let me know you can't attend, No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment. No further bookings can be made until the fee is paid. 
Rescheduling Policy;If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, this must be done at least before 48hrs prior to the start of the appointment and is only allowed once. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled again, the 50% cancellation fee will be retained & a future appointment will be charged in full.

Inform Us in Advance

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked. In some cases, being more than 15 minutes late might mean that your appointment needs to be cancelled by us and therefore the 50% booking fee will be retained.

Securing Your Appointment

To secure an appointment at Unreal Beauty, we require a non-refundable & non-transferable booking fee. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your appointment. Payment is made by bank transfer when you book. Please talk to us to find out more.
Please be aware that if you owe a fee, no further appointments can be made until the balance has been settled.
